| The D20 system was a great little innovation. It is the
means whereby little folks, like myself, are able to make contributions to a
very large “whole”, while not having to endure through the pains of
licensing and development. So, with that in mind, I’ve worked out some
little things for the purpose of plugging into campaigns. None are
irreversibly linked to any one world, and where places or people are
mentioned, they’re easily replaceable — I’ve made sure that it’s usable from
the get-go, no matter whose world you’re playing in. Here’s some things you
can stop and take a look at: The Bestiary: Monsters, animals, player races, and templates for use with any suitable campaign. The Grimoire: A collection of spells and magic items for use with any campaign. Organizations: Still working on them, but some of the ones mentioned in the Prestige Classes will appear here in more detail. Prestige Classes: Various Prestige Classes created by yours truly. A few of them are tied in with organizations, religions, or secret societies — part of a belief that Prestige Classes should have some level of “prestige” associated with membership in them, rather than just being “powerups” for your characters — but these can be easily adaptable to other game settings. |
